Job Overview
The Alliance Partnership Manager at Hindustan Recruitment is a mid-level, full-time position located in Gurgaon. This role requires a dynamic individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in partnership management, tasked with developing and maintaining strong business relationships. A key focus will be on driving strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in partnership management, with a maximum of 6 years, making you well-versed in industry practices.
- Proven expertise in partnership management (Mandatory skill) with a keen ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated skill in business development (Mandatory skill) to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- Strong relationship building (Mandatory skill) skills to ensure collaborative and enduring partnerships.
- Effective negotiation skills to establish favorable terms and conditions within partnerships.
- Strategic planning abilities to align partnerships with the company's long-term objectives and goals.
- Proficiency in contract management to oversee and administer contractual agreements efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with both internal teams and external partners.

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue potential.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their alignment with our business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends to anticipate and respond to changes in the market.
- Provide support for contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet the company's strategic and financial goals.
