To Excel in This Role:
  • Strategic Planning & Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify potential Fortune 500 clients, and plan outreach strategies.
  • Sales & Client Engagement: Connect with CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Heads, pitching tailored TNM resourcing solutions.
  • Business Development & Deal Closure: Drive the full sales cycle, present compelling proposals, and attend industry networking events.
Key Skills & Success Factors:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales & resourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem & TNM staffing models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leveraging CRM tools and tracking sales metrics.
