Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, specifically in selling technology solutions to large organizations.
- This role demands an in-depth understanding of tax technology and the finance/accounting landscape, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients in need of Finance, Accounts & Tax technology solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our tax technology solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful solution implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the tax technology space.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven success in enterprise sales within the technology sector, with a preference for experience in tax technology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance, reporting, and management processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
