Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cyber security, cloud computing, and software solutions.
- This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive sales Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer environments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product training and knowledge transfer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Must have an excellent relations with OEMs and their sales and presales team to get the best support.
- Must have an excellent relations with clients especially in BFSI, Telecom At least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT services company.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cyber security, cloud computing, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be BTECH with Certifications in IT infrastructure, cyber security, or cloud computing (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales quotas.
