Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic IT services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for a range of IT services, including software development, web/app solutions, cloud services, and managed IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price customized solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and service offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.


Preferred:

  • Experience in selling to international clients (e.g., US, UK, Middle East).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle or cloud-based technologies.
