Job Title: Software Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-2 years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for selling as software products, solutions and/or services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The individual will profile, identify and engage with potential customers, conduct product/ solution demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of enterprise software and the associated market dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define target market, shortlist target organizations, deep profile shortlisted organizations, and source contactable information of purchase decision makers.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online marketing. Leverage pre-defined BANT qualification criteria to qualify leads
- Showcase features and benefits of target software, vis-à-vis specific industry verticals and horizontals, to potential customers through live online demonstrations and telecalling efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and build trust.
- Potentially negotiate contracts, pricing and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with Beahead’s and/or Clients’, Customers’ and Partners’ marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and ensure buyer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, track performance, and provide regular sales reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of enterprise software products and technologies (like: ERP solutions, BI platforms, CRM tools, SCM systems, CMS, Project Management tools, HRMS, BPA platforms, Finance and Accounting tools, etc.) with the ability to explain them to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and customer needs.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities and customer information.
Experience with specific enterprise software platforms: SAP Business Suite, Cloud ERP Solutions, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Databases, Cloud Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Integration Services, etc.
