The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter cum Business Development professional who can balance recruitment delivery and business growth responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in IT sectors.
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with clients until closure.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery on recruitment mandates.
Strategically manage time to balance business development activities and recruitment delivery responsibilities.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to support informed decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on business development progress, recruitment metrics, and team performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development, preferably in staffing or consulting firms.
Proven success in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles.
Experience in managing and motivating small teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
