Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive

sales of our AMC and preventive maintenance packages. The ideal candidate will build

strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into long-term

service contracts with apartment associations, gated communities, and individual

homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for preventive maintenance & AMC services in

apartments, villas, and individual houses.

• Pitch AMC solutions to apartment associations (RWA), property managers,

and homeowners.

• Conduct site visits and inspections with the technical team to prepare tailored

proposals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment societies, gated

communities, and builders.

• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute local campaigns &

promotional activities.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide weekly reporting to

management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Civil/Mechanical

background).

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Facility

Management, Real Estate, Interiors, or Home Services preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value contracts.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Local market knowledge of apartments and residential societies is a plus.
