About the Role:


The Bare Bar is a handcrafted, sustainable beauty and wellness brand built around simplicity and mindful living. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to lead our corporate and bulk gifting outreach - driving festive hampers, corporate orders, and large gifting opportunities across companies, hotels, wellness centers, and event planners.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and approach corporates, HR teams, event planners, hotels, and spas for gifting and bulk order opportunities.
  • Drive outreach for festive hampers, employee gifting, and special occasion collaborations.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and discounts smartly to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Generate and qualify new leads via LinkedIn, IndiaMART, email, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B and corporate clients, ensuring end-to-end coordination.
  • Work with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders.
  • Maintain and update all outreach, leads, and sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, and ongoing opportunities.


What we are looking for:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or business development preferred.
  • Street-smart, confident, and great with people - someone who knows how to build relationships, negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent in communication and negotiation, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Has a natural ability to convert inquiries into business through smart pricing and persuasive follow-ups.
