Description and Requirements

As the Global Accounts Solutions & Services Executive, you will have a crucial role in nurturing and managing the SSG relationship with customers throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Your main tasks include orchestrating deals that match customer needs and making the most of our Solutions and Services offerings. Besides leading growth discussions, in terms of landing and expanding, you will also be starting the initial technical conversations. Understanding client requirements and linking them with our experts for intricate deals will be vital for our continuous success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Expertise:

  • Collaborate across various organizations, like sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners, overseeing all aspects of the services sales cycle.
  • Establish a framework to handle long-term strategy and forecasting, effectively and consistently utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to monitor crucial sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics.
  • Formulate, implement, and execute an efficient sales strategy to reach sales objectives.

Account Engagement:

  • Operate within a dedicated territory/segment, collaborating with the Client Manager who guides the account, and when applicable, the Service and Solution Domain Specialist (SSDS).
  • Cooperate with the Client Manager to create, implement, and carry out effective account plans and customer engagement strategies to accomplish sales targets.
  • Nurture C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Portfolio Acumen:

  • Show a profound grasp of the end-to-end strategic portfolio, such as DWS.
  • Capability to grasp customers' business and IT obstacles and align the suitable Lenovo solutions.
  • Discuss complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or similar professional work experience.
  • 12+ years of thriving enterprise (data center and end-user) technology and services sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience vending technology managed IT services contracts like DWS, Cloud, or Hybrid Cloud Services and/or Sustainability Services.
  • Experience in expanding maintenance or renewal contracts.
  • Embrace a consultative selling approach.
  • Demonstrated capability to create strategies to infiltrate and sell to large and global firms.
