Service Sales- Account Executive/ Sr. Account Executive/ Account Manager

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

1. Role:
The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring Annual Maintenance Contracts for Schindler and constantly being focused on Customer Satisfaction.

2. Responsibility:
- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers
- Approaching such customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators.
- Understanding the Customer needs and working out the finances for the project.
- Assist the Maintenance team in smooth execution of contract.
- Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions.
- Collection of outstanding dues.

Professional experience: 4 to 6 years
Languages:
(+ levels: proficiency, advanced, intermediate, basic)
