Account Executive-Enterprise Sales

Location: Mumbai

Your Impact:

This position is based in Mumbai and involves driving sales activities for strategic accounts in India. The ideal candidate will actively identify, engage, and acquire customers to assist them in utilizing SolarWind's complete suite of Observability solutions. The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing account plans
  • Managing existing customer expectations and expanding account reach
  • Building a sales pipeline by identifying crucial business drivers for complex selling opportunities
  • Establishing strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts
  • Collaborating with key channel partners to progress sales opportunities
  • Leading end-to-end pursuit engagements with key stakeholders
  • Conducting solution presentations and delivering compelling proposals to communicate SolarWinds' value proposition
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Identifying trends and areas for enhancement to improve customer service
  • Providing insights and integrating SolarWinds' Observability solutions into valuable customer relationships

  • Over 10 years of sales experience
  • Ability to execute plans efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT Operations management/performance management/Observability solutions is advantageous
