Account Executive-Enterprise SalesLocation:

Your Impact:
This role is Mumbai based, and responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities for strategic accounts in India.

The successful candidate will proactively identify, engage, and acquire customers to help them leverage SolarWind's full suite of Observability solutions.

The responsibilities include the followingDevelop and execute account plansManage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into accountsDevelop pipeline by identifying a vital set of business drivers behind complex selling opportunitiesEstablish strong relationships with the C-suite and decision-makers in these strategic accountsWork with key channel partners to advance identified selling opportunitiesLead end-to-end pursuit engagements with the key stakeholdersLead solution presentations and deliver compelling proposals to convey SolarWinds' value propositionEnsure robust forecasting accuracyIdentify trends and areas for improvement to continually serve customers betterProvide insight and position SolarWinds' Observability solutions into meaningful customer relationships

Your Experience:
Excellent sales track record10+ years of sales experienceAbility to execute on plan and act with urgencyAgile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindsetDemonstrates high emotional intelligence, and sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendationsUnderstands customer focus and solutionsDriven to help othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of IT Operations management/performance management/Observability solutions is a plus
