Deliver talent management plan & create GB specific activities/initiatives. Partner regional teams/individuals preparing for international assignment, ensuring the global mobility policy is implemented and understood. Owning the organizational structure/ developing future operating model. Stakeholder management - Ensuring effective network across GB and other supporting functions to serve the customer. Owning the recruitment and succession pipeline. Co create and implement the annual GB people plan. Outcome is to build a strong and capable team to take on our international targets.

Internal Projects Consultant:

Manage and execute key projects related to HR Capability building to deliver higher quality in HR services and create future HR Leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil global talent demand of Hero MotoCorp Ltd
  • To increase R&D capability by facilitating hiring and onboarding of international experts in key roles. Also to facilitate movement of internal talent to our global network to cater to our vision of further expansion and achieving sales target.
  • To create and deliver engagement initiatives for GB.
  • Manage and execute HR initiatives to build capability into HR function, to increase HR service quality & build future leaders.
  • Drive key projects as team member. Projects related to job evaluation, Great places to work for and Leadership development across Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
