About the Role

Responsibilities:

Integration & Experience:

Drives programs for smooth onboarding of new employees.

  • Deliver shortterm solutions while also solving for longterm problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes

Performance Management:

Responsible for recommending strategies to the business leaders and implementing them across their teams to increase productivity and performance

  • Guide and coach managers on conducting performance coaching discussions for their subordinates and ensure consistency in the performance process within location/ SBU wise

Rewards & Recognitions:

  • Manage and administer rewards & recognition programs.
  • Create and lead development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of the company.

Training & Development:

  • Assess Training Needs through connect with employees or consultations with managers.
  • Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team by leading training, mentoring and HR initiatives.

Qualifications
MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources

  • At least 410 years of related, progressive HR Partner experience, including employee relations, employee engagement, employee grievances, performance management, recruitment and training and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, data centric approach, problemsolving skills, decisionmaking skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills. Prior experience creating effective PowerPoint decks required. Must be adept working with Excel.
  • Intent and ability to drive visibility to stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and handle ambiguity
  • Demonstrates a proven track record for taking initiative and working independently to deliver results.
  • Possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
