**Responsibilities**:
**Integration & Experience**:
Drives programs for smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes

**Performance Management**:
Responsible for recommending strategies to the business leaders and implementing them across their teams to increase productivity and performance
- Guide and coach managers on conducting performance coaching discussions for their subordinates and ensure consistency in the performance process within location/ SBU wise

**Rewards & Recognitions**:

- Manage and administer rewards & recognition programs.

**Qualifications**

MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources
- At least 4-10 years of related, progressive HR Partner experience, including employee relations, employee engagement, employee grievances, performance management, recruitment and training and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, data centric approach, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
- Strong written communication skills. Prior experience creating effective PowerPoint decks required. Must be adept working with Excel.
- Intent and ability to drive visibility to stakeholders
- Ability to understand and handle ambiguity
- Demonstrates a proven track record for taking initiative and working independently to deliver results.
- Possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
