The purpose of the role is to collaborate with the Plant leaders to understand their needs & drive HR processes and policies which aligns with the business strategy.
Major KRAs -
Assist with change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
Lead the annual manpower planning process, PMS, Training, retention, employee engagement, exit process & compliance of factories by collaborating with leaders and department heads.
Partner with SME for effective HR service delivery
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Criteria
Exposure of Plant HR + HRBP role is must
should have 10-12 years of experience
Education - PGDM / MBA in HR
