Key Responsibilities:Performance Management :Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, offering HR solutions that align with business objectives and set measurable goals with impactOnce above is done, HRBP to initiate quarterly reviews for all employees across the organizationGuide managers in the performance review process and providing constructive feedback.Assist in identifying performance gaps and coaching managers & employees to enhance performance and development.Benchmarking the PMS practice in order to adapt and evolve to make PMS as the most optimized version for CashKaroEmployee Relations & HR Transactions :Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns & resolving conflictsProvide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other sensitive HR matters.Prepare GMI, Attrition, Reverse Attrition etc. Reports using excel and Power BILearning and Development :Identify mandatory skills (Technical & Non- technical) at each level of business unit, prepare L&D plan and publish the sameAssist trainers in creating assessment for L&D program and measure effectiveness of L&D once the program is overDesign Bi-annual Employee NPS survey and analysing the sameEmployee Engagement:Brainstorm, plan and prepare monthly Employee Engagement Calendar in advance for each monthOrganize activities of floor, take feedback on how we can do better and implement next set of engagement activity ensuring inclusivity and feedback

Qualifications:5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering or strategic HR roles. TA experience shall not be counted.Proven track record of working as an HRBP partnering with senior management and leadership teams.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Performance Management (9 block grid, Adkar Model, OKR Based) and Learning & Development is a mustAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Tools & Competencies:HRMS (Keka or similar)Basic to Advance Excel + Power BI (Added advantage)Financial Literacy – Idea on Tax regimes, Tax saving components etc.Stakeholder ManagementEmotional Intelligence – Empathy & Adaptability
