Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Territory Manager – IT Sales to drive business growth in Coimbatore and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Cloud, Datacenter, Cybersecurity, Internet Leased Line, EDR, and MDR solutions and a strong network of IT decision-makers (IT Heads, CIOs, and CTOs). This role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target new enterprise customers in IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, and other industries.

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to maximize revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, and CTOs in the region.

Client & Partner Engagement:

Understand customer needs and offer tailored Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.

Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and technology vendors.

Conduct sales presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

Own and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Market Intelligence & Solution Selling:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions.

Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in IT Sales, specializing in Cloud, Datacenter, Cybersecurity, and Network Solutions.

Strong connections with IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads) in Coimbatore and nearby areas.

Proven success in selling Cloud Services, Internet Leased Line, EDR, MDR, and Managed IT Solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to drive sales independently and work in a target-oriented environment.



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) are preferred.

Experience in working with system integrators, MSPs, and IT service providers.
