Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for identifying top financial distributors in assigned territories, understanding their value proposition and onboarding process, hiring and onboarding top advisors and business associates, and driving sales from these teams to meet defined sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

IDentify and develop relationships with top financial distributors in assigned territories.Understand the value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to top advisors and business associates.Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates through career seminars and presentations.Drive sales from top advisors and business associates to meet defined sales plans.Maintain quality of sales by ensuring persistency standards of the channel.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
