Area Sales Manager

About the Role - We are looking for Area Sales Manager in the ENT division for medical devices, who drives sales, builds relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensures market growth in their territory.
Responsibilities -
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies
- Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations
- Reviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each month
- Create and implement the plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales
- Map the potential of the territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities
- Profiles, assess potential, prepares target list, and enlists new doctors as per business requirements
- Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience
- Relevant experience in ENT
- Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills
- Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language
- Intermediate level of English
- Good written and verbal communication skills as appropriate
