Our company is looking for a territory sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the sale of number of spare parts based on the goals and objectives as defined by the business development manager.
- Responsible for the consistent sale of Royal Enfield spare parts in the region.
- Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan-in terms of volumes, market share, Profitability and overall growth of the organization.
- Handling of dealerships in the specified region and Review the Sales process at dealerships.
- Ensuring that dealers achieve the Retails / Wholesale annual business plan as set up.
- To Travel as per Fixed Journey Cycle to dealership and review forecasts.
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
- Ensure appropriate MIS reporting.
- Customer meets to be organized as per target.
- Responsible for launch of various customer schemes as and when required based on the annual budgeted cost for the region.
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares.
- Showcase consistent Customer satisfaction index & Sales Satisfaction index.
- Maintaining relationship with business partners - Dealers (dealer profit enhancement)
- Coordinating the appropriate supply of stock and ordering/acquiring spare parts inventory accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
