Responsibility Prospecting, pitching & closing sales, Pipeline Management
Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Maintaining and developing relationships with potential customers via telephone calls and emails
Negotiating commercial terms to close sales
Follow-up for collections on customer payments
Gathering market and customer information
Understanding customer objections and addressing them
Cross-selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
Ensure that the sales targets are met for self and team

Requirements Need to have 5 years of Inside sales experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level
Must have handled revenue targets and achieved the same
Excellent verbal & presentation skills
Strong written communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools like Lead-Squared / SalesForce / Sugar etc.
Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.
Experience in handling a sales team

Good to have Prior experience in handling sales in SMB sector
Domain experience in travel industry, SaaS Product Sales etc.
MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
