Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist at One Agni Ventures Pvt Ltd located in North Goa. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for setting up online marketing team , managing online sales activities, developing strategies to increase online sales, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in online sales and e-commerceAbility to set up a Online marketing team .Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tacticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and draw actionable insightsProficiency in using online sales platforms and toolsUnderstanding of customer behavior and market trendsDemonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver resultsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be added advantage .Experience in the retail industry is a plus .
