Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive - Furniture Sales

  • Location: Panaji Goa, India

  • Reports To: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

As an Inbound Sales Executive at Pengu Inventive Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts for our range of Space Saving Furniture products. You will be responsible for engaging with leads through chat, phone calls, and video calls, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the perfect furniture solutions that our company offers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, fostering relationships that convert inquiries into sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries via chat, phone calls, and video calls, providing professional and engaging customer service to potential clients.
  • Understand the needs and preferences of customers to recommend suitable furniture products that meet their requirements.
  • Guide customers through the product selection process, offering detailed information about product features, pricing, and delivery.
  • Close sales deals effectively while achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s furniture products, including new items or promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from marketing activities.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues during the sales process.
  • Participate in sales training and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively via chat, phone, and video calls.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales quotas.


Working Conditions:

This position is based work from office role and is based our of State of Goa. For candidates joining from outside of state, a appropriate accommodation will be provided.
