Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist at One Agni Ventures Pvt Ltd located in North Goa. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for setting up online marketing team , managing online sales activities, developing strategies to increase online sales, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce- Ability to set up a Online marketing team .- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights- Proficiency in using online sales platforms and tools- Understanding of customer behavior and market trends- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be added advantage .- Experience in the retail industry is a plus .
