Key Responsibilities:
● All off App GTM creation as well as execution for categories assigned to you
● Own category growth KRA, including full project management, creation and
maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and
deliverables.
● Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically
day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains
● Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights to drive category
growth
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including category, brand,
digital marketing, offline marketing to ensure alignment and successful
program execution
● Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other
stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
● Proven Experience in category management
● Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions
● Strong bias for action
● Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in
time-critical situations
