Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Category Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth and optimize business performance in our respective categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform category development and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive topline and bottom-line growth
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, margin, and overall business targets
  • Present regular updates on category performance to senior management
  • Closely monitor category funnels and devise strategies to increase traffic and conversion metrics
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and feedback to refine the category strategy
Requirements
  • Proven category management and analytical skills
  • Strong vendor negotiation expertise and media understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
Estimated Salary Range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
