Category & Growth Strategist - Women's Wear

We are seeking a skilled Category & Growth Strategist to join our team at TMRW House of Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new launches and actively managing replenishment business, which accounts for more than 70% of our business.
As a Category & Growth Strategist, you will work closely with design, sourcing, marketing, marketplaces, product/tech, and brand founders to ensure code-level discoverability, consideration, and conversion for the brand online. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities- Analyze ROS/aging/DOC data and implement the right inwards and pricing strategies to ensure the brand is optimally positioned inventory-wise
- Support the creation of detailed bottom-up month/quarter/annual planning
- Implement business metrics to ensure GMV, Inventory-DOC, and Bottomline targets for the brand are met
- Plan style-level visibility with marketing counterparts to ensure STR aligns with plans
- Work with design and marketplaces to finalize designs that can sell at healthy GMs
- Study digital fashion trends and work with partners to create direction for relevant merchandise production
- Execute monthly merchandise days to diagnose good and bad styles and design learnings
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support the development of required skills and qualifications within the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong data orientation, experience in inventory planning, and expertise in pricing. Experience in high-volume environments, particularly in the beauty and fashion sectors, is highly desirable.
