Category Growth Manager

TMRW House of Brands is seeking an experienced Category Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of new launches and actively managing replen business which accounts for >70% of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ROS/aging/DOC and implement the right inwards and right pricing to ensure the brand is rightly placed inventory-wise
- Support the creation of detailed bottom-up month/qtr/annual planning
- Support right execution on business metrics to ensure GMV, Inventory-DOC, and Bottomline targets for the brand are met
- Plan style-level visibility with marketing counterparts to ensure STR is in line with the plan
- Work with design and marketplaces to finalize designs that can sell at healthy GMs
- Study digital fashion trends and work with partners to create direction for relevant merchandise to be produced
- Execute monthly merchandise day for the brand to diagnose good, and bad styles and design learnings
