Job Description:

  • Prior exposure to working with PE firms in NA & Consistent track record in growing accounts.
  • Account management for key PE firms and attainment of key business metrics, continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining relationship with clients to understand requirements/ expectations and supervising the teams for delivery of the same.
  • Budgeting and forecasting resources requirements including resource utilization, hiring and performance management and manages salary administration.
  • Collaboration with senior management of different business lines of the organization for collective efforts to drive projects / process transformations to accomplish process improvements.
  • Driving financial statement standardization and automation project at the organization level. Review of client billing of resources and ensuring correctness of invoices generated on the funds and cost centre’s.
  • Managed cross-functional collaboration to drive team engagement and keep members on course to achieve demanding company targets.


Educational Qualification : Any degree with hands on experience (Presales/Sales with PE)

Location : Bangalore/Chennai
