Role Summary:


Seeking a talented and experienced Presales Specialist with expertise in the medical / life sciences / healthcare domain. As a Presales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, and crafting compelling solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the response process for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
  • Ability to proposal writing, bid management, effort management, presentation, proposal defense with customer
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique challenges, goals, and requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
  • Customize proposals and presentations to align with customer requirements and maximize competitiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, including solution architectures, pricing models, and implementation timelines.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including training and knowledge sharing sessions.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the automotive transportation domain.
  3. Deep understanding of automotive technologies such as connected vehicles, autonomous driving, electrification, and telematics.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client requirements into comprehensive solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with automotive OEMs, suppliers, or related companies.
  2. Knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices.
  3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the automotive industry.
