Purpose &Scope

We are seeking aLeadLearning and Development ensures the effectiveness of trainingprograms by conducting needs assessments setting clear learningobjectives choosing appropriate training methods measuring learningoutcomes and continuously evaluating and improving traininginitiatives based on feedback andresults.

Qualification:MBA in HumanResources

Experience:6 to 9 years (minimum two experience as LeadLearning &Development)

Roles &Responsibility

  • AligningL&D activity plan with overall L&D HR Strategy andBusiness needs
  • Understand Skill / Competencyframework and leverage it for learning curriculum creation connectlearning needs with specificprograms/courses
  • Create/curate learning contentfor Skill Building using various methods of learning like Classroomcontent reading content Ecourse content(basic)
  • Leverage LMS and digital library toensure traffic and engaging training. Curating curriculum as peremployee needs administers various upcoming learning plans onLMS
  • Deliver internal training modules like SoftSkills Orientation Programs etc
  • ProgramManagement to ensure the planned activities within time &resource defined
  • Collaborating and influencingstakeholders to see the value of learning engagementsimplementation of learning at the workplaceetc
  • Achieve the desired impact/outcome of alllearning initiatives. Analysing various data points to propagatethis endeavor.
