Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs within our organization. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, learning analytics proficiency, ROI evaluation skills, MIS knowledge, proficiency in learning systems, and adeptness in change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning and development programs to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored programs.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
2. Learning Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Analyze learning metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize learning outcomes and ROI.
3. ROI Evaluation:
- Develop and implement frameworks to measure the return on investment (ROI) of learning interventions.
- Assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of learning initiatives.
4. MIS (Management Information Systems):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning data in management information systems.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
5. Learning Systems:
