Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Lead to join our team at Sperton Global AS. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop clear learning objectives.
  • Choose appropriate training methods and measure learning outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training initiatives based on feedback and results.
  • Align L&D activity plans with overall L&D HR Strategy and Business needs.
  • Create/curate learning content for Skill Building using various methods of learning.
  • Leverage LMS and digital library to ensure traffic and engaging training.
  • Deliver internal training modules like Soft Skills Orientation Programs.
  • Program Management to ensure planned activities within time and resource defined.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to see the value of learning engagements and implementation of learning at the workplace.
  • Achieve the desired impact/outcome of all learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience (minimum two years as Lead Learning & Development).
