Job Title: Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our Learning and Development strategy, building a competent and capable Learning organization, and driving business results through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of our Learning and Development strategy, aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning programs.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage training budgets, reports, and MIS to ensure seamless execution of our Learning and Development programs.
  • Coordinate with training partners and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality training programs.
  • Support the Talent initiatives in the organization, including onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Assist in the design and execution of IDP and role-based learning journeys for the Talent Pool.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Back Office work.
  • Proven track record of delivering training programs and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence change across businesses, functions, and levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel and PowerPoint.
