Job Title: Assistant Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our Learning and Development strategy, building a competent and capable Learning organization, and driving business results through effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of our Learning and Development strategy, aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning programs.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage training budgets, reports, and MIS to ensure seamless execution of our Learning and Development programs.
- Coordinate with training partners and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality training programs.
- Support the Talent initiatives in the organization, including onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Assist in the design and execution of IDP and role-based learning journeys for the Talent Pool.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Back Office work.
- Proven track record of delivering training programs and driving business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence change across businesses, functions, and levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel and PowerPoint.
