Lead - Learning & Development

Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing organization wide initiatives and programs to unlock potential and ultimately create a sustainable learning ecosystem for leaders. The target audience would range from campus hires to senior leaders. The focus would be on both managerial & leadership capability building
Partner with the senior leaders to drive organizational level learning initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Identify key behavioural competencies required across the organization.
Being a learning coach for identified talent pool members to help them implement their individual learning plan and direct them to relevant resources both internal & external
Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and market. Direct & guide the team to conduct market research into existing Academies/ Corporate universities, workplace learning in India/ abroad, to understand and adopt best practices & learnings
Budgeting, Reporting and analytics around talent management, learning and sentiment
Culture
Working with Business & Senior Leaders in cascading the Mission, Vision & Values of the organisation for both employees & front line.
Drive Engagement Surveys and feedback tools to get real time insights on employee sentiments (engagement, happiness, and stress levels) and identify areas of improvement and create action plan
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our core values and fosters employee engagement and well-being.
Lead change management efforts to support the implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
Internal OD & change consultant to Business /Functional Leaders on leadership, team effectiveness and other workplace challenges.
Campus Engagement
Support in designing and implementing internships and entry-level development programs to attract and retain young talent.
Plan and execute campus recruitment and engagement activities and build a strong Employer Brand in Campus
