Purpose: To drive key employee engagement initiatives, including the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey, Reward and Recognition programs, Talent Management, Learning and Development initiatives, and other strategic HR projects.
Key Engagement:
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of the Great Place to Work survey.
- Drive action planning and continuous improvement initiatives based on survey results.
- Implement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
Reward & Recognition Programs:
- Design and manage Reward and Recognition programs to celebrate achievements and boost employee motivation.
- Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Talent Management:
- Collaborate with school leaders to identify talent development needs and implement solutions.
- Support succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Drive learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across the school vertical
- Partner with vendors to design and deliver relevant training programs.
HR Strategic Projects:
- Contribute to strategic HR projects aimed at transforming HR practices and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as needed, ensuring timely execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Rewards.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives, work collaboratively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
