Job Purpose &Scope

seeking a detailoriented andanalytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HRteam.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designimplementation and administration of compensationand benefitsprograms that align with the companys goals and objectives. Theincumbent will also analyzemarket data conduct salary surveys andensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

Qualification:MBA in HumanResources

Experience:6 to 9 years

Role&responsibilities

  • Leadthe development and implementation of compensation and benefitspolicies and programs that align with the organizationsgoals
  • Conduct research and analysis oncompensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness in themarket
  • Administer employee benefits programsincluding health insurance retirement plans and wellnessinitiatives
  • Administer compensation programsincluding salary structures incentive plans and meritincreases
  • Prepare and analyze compensation andbenefits data to support decisionmakingprocesses
  • Conduct salary surveys andbenchmarking studies to ensure compensation practices are in linewith industry standards
  • Prepare communicationmaterials related to compensation and benefits programs foremployees
  • Collaborate with HR team members andother departments to ensure consistency and compliance incompensation and benefits practices
  • Providesupport and guidance to employees and respond to their inquiries oncompensation and benefitsrelated matters
  • Stayinformed about changes in laws and regulations related tocompensation and benefits and ensure compliance with all applicablelaws
  • Conduct job evaluations and marketanalysis to determine competitive compensationstructures
  • Analyze data to measure theeffectiveness of programs and give recommendations forimprovements
  • Manage relationships with externalvendors and consultants to support compensation and benefitsprograms

Preferredcandidateprofile

  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and makedatadriven recommendations
  • Knowledge ofcompensation and benefits laws regulations and bestpractices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andother relevant software for data analysis andreporting
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with highlevel of accuracy in data entry andanalysis
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment
