Overview:TheRelationship Manager plays a crucial role in driving the mortgagesales business for the organization. They are responsible forbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clientsunderstanding their mortgage needs and offering them tailoredsolutions. This role is integral to the organizations growth andsuccess in the competitive mortgagemarket.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve mortgage salestargets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio ofmortgage clients through proactive sales and relationshipmanagement.
  • Educate clients on various mortgageproducts terms and optionsavailable.
  • Collaborate with internalstakeholders to ensure seamless mortgage applicationprocesses.
  • Generate leads and identifyopportunities for crossselling mortgage products to existingclients.
  • Conduct financial analysis and riskassessments for mortgage applications.
  • Provideexceptional customer service and support throughout the mortgageapplication and approval process.
  • Stay updatedon industry trends regulations and best practices related tomortgagesales.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inany stream.
  • Min. 5 years proven experience inmortgage sales or a similar role within NBFC or BFSIsector.
  • Strong understanding of mortgageproducts underwriting guidelines and lendingprocesses.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyzefinancial data and assess risk.
  • Customercentricmindset with a focus on building longtermrelationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools.
  • Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
  • Strong network and connections withinthe local real estate and financialcommunity.

Note:Must have Twowheeler with valid Driving License andbe open to travel.
