We are looking for a remote call centercustomer service representative to provide outstanding service toour customers and potential customers. You will be required toanswer queries handle complaints and troubleshoot problems in aprofessional and polite manner to ensure effective resolution andcustomersatisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Receivingor making a high volume of calls from or tocustomers.
  • Striving to achieve first callresolution and maintain the quality of service provided by the callcenter.
  • Using listening skills to understandthe needs and complaints of the customer before offering them thebest possible solution.
  • Responding efficientlyto customers and creating a positiveexperience.
  • Remaining calm and professionalwhile dealing with angry customers and providing them with the bestsolutions to resolve their issues.
  • Joining ateam of Call Center Customer Service Representatives and building apositive relationship of teamwork trust andexcellence.
  • Understanding and using therequired software reports tools andmetrics.
  • Transferring and escalating the callsto the appropriate department if needed such assales.
  • Participating in training and strivingto increase and improve existingskills.
  • Adhering to all company policies andprocedures.

Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • More education orexperience may be preferred.
  • Exceptionaltelephone manner customer service skills active listening skillsverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Proficiency with computers especiallywith regards to CRM software.
  • Ability toresolve conflict and diffuse tension.
  • Strongtime management skills.
  • Being able to speakmore than one language fluently would be highlyadvantageous.
