Job Description: BusinessDevelopment Executive(CommissionBased)
PositionOverview:We are looking for adynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to joinour team on a commissionbased structure. The BDE will beresponsible for selling consulting services in the areas ofbusiness consulting and data consulting. This is a remote positionideal for individuals who are resultsdriven and have a strongnetwork in the consultingindustry.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identifyand generate new business opportunities for consulting services inbusiness consulting and dataconsulting.
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith potential clients through various channels including coldcalling email campaigns networking events and socialmedia.
  • Understand client needs and proposetailored consulting solutions that meet their businessobjectives.
  • Present and pitch our consultingservices to prospective clients highlighting the value andbenefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close dealsto achieve sales targets and contribute to companygrowth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potentialclients and track progress using CRMsoftware.
  • Collaborate with the consulting teamto ensure successful delivery of services and clientsatisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industrytrends and market conditions to effectively position ourservices.

Qualifications:
  • Provenexperience in business development sales or a related fieldpreferably within the consultingindustry.
  • Strong network of contacts in thebusiness and data consulting sectors.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Ability to work independently andmanage your own schedule in a remote workenvironment.
  • Resultsoriented with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software andother sales tools.
  • Strong understanding ofbusiness and data consulting services and their valuepropositions.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Experience selling highvalue consultingservices.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends andtechnologies in business and dataconsulting.
