OverviewThe BusinessDevelopment Executive is a crucial role within our organizationresponsible for identifying new business opportunities building andmaintaining client relationships and implementing sales strategiesto achieve organizational goals. This role is vital in driving thecompanys growth and revenue through the acquisition of new clientsand business opportunities.KeyResponsibilities
  • Identify and developnew business opportunities through networking cold calling andother lead generation techniques.
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with prospective and existingclients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategiesto achieve sales targets and expand the customerbase.
  • Conduct market research and identify newmarket opportunities.
  • Collaborate with themarketing team to create promotional materials andcampaigns.
  • Attend industry events andconferences to generate leads and network with potentialclients.
  • Prepare and deliver salespresentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiateand close deals with clients to meet revenuetargets.
  • Track and report on sales performanceand pipeline activity.
  • Provide feedback to themanagement team on market trends and customerneeds.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven track record in sales andbusiness development.
  • Strong understanding ofsales principles and customer servicepractices.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MicrosoftOffice suite.
  • Strong negotiation andproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability to managemultiple projects and meetdeadlines.
  • Experience in the industry orrelated field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travelfor client meetings andevents.
