The ideal candidatewill be responsible for driving business growth and expandingmarket share through strategic planning relationship building andinnovative sales strategies. This role requires a deepunderstanding of the derma market landscape strong leadershipskills and the ability to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctionalteams.Responsibilities:MarketAnalysis and Strategy:Conduct market research and analysis to identify new businessopportunities market trends and competitoractivities. Develop strategic plans andinitiatives to penetrate new markets expand existing customer baseand achieve sales targets.ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcareprofessionals distributors Doctors and strategicpartners. Collaborate with clients tounderstand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet theirrequirements.Sales and RevenueGeneration: Implementingeffective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achievebusiness objectives. Negotiate contracts andagreements with clients to secure new business opportunities andmaximize profitability.ProductDevelopment Support: Workclosely with the product development team/ Product Manager toidentify market needs and opportunities for product innovation andenhancement. Provide input and feedback onproduct development initiatives based on market insights andcustomerfeedback.CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Collaboratewith internal departments; including marketing regulatory affairsand finance to ensure alignment of business development strategieswith overall company objectives. Coordinatecrossfunctional initiatives to support product launches promotionalcampaigns and market expansionefforts.Performance Monitoring andReporting: Track and analyze salesperformance metrics market trends and customer feedback to evaluatethe effectiveness of business developmentinitiatives. Prepare regular reports andpresentations for senior management to communicate progresschallenges andopportunities.Qualifications:Proven track record of driving business growth achieving salestargets and building strong client/doctorrelationships. Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills. Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to makedatadriven decisions.
