Job Profile :

To develop and drive strategic business plans to achievecompany revenue targets.

To draw up an AnnualSales & Marketing Plan for the Organisation.

To tap potential Consultants in the market and on thebasis of revenue and annual turnover initiate associationdiscussions and actualize conversions.

Tomaximize revenue for units with targeted focus across all businesssegments & key medical specialties.

Toensure sales targets set by the units as per Business Plans andBudget are met and reviewed in a routine manner.

To drive the referral team and referral program to buildcomprehensive doctor / physician base and Referral Business programas per the Business Plan. To develop innovative referral programsto overcome incentive based programs adopted bycompetition.

To draw marketing spend budgets inconsultation with all unit managers and Chief Operating Officer andmonitoring it.

Help billing team to keep DSOunder control by active participation of marketing team inrecoveries.

All diagnostics includinglaboratory and radiology services marketing and higher revenuegrowth will be one of the key deliverables.

Tobuild and focus on medical marketing programs to establish andproject key specialties.

To continuouslyexplore and advice on emerging markets trends business potential& cutting edge technology and revolutionary products.

To prepare and achieve sales targets as per BusinessPlan.

To develop an incentive plan for the teamto drive sales.

To maintain business continuitywith existing and potential Corporates clients &vendors.

To monitor the business of competitorsin the market and work towards exploring pricing opportunitiesperiodically.

To provide an overview of themarket scenario to the Chief Operating Officer. To track markettrends and suggest ways and means to stay on top of thecompetition.

To build and develop Marketing& Sales force across units in line with the organization goals& standards drive and motivate them to excel in performance andensure they deliver as per the target timelines.

To work closely with PR agency to ensure we have robustPR plan for all units.

To develop InternationalPatient Business plan with specific focus on business planmarketing program and develop desired attention thru internalresource deployment.

To ensure businessvertical delivers overall budget with desired support from allsupport functions. Build overall SOP for the department inconjunction with the Chief Operating Officer.

To conduct market surveys from time to time.

Tobuild robust MIS system & internal sales & marketingreporting system for critical review of businessperformance.
