Roles AndResponsibilities: Sales Strategy: Developand implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targetsand expand the customer base. MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilitiesand evaluate customer needs. Sales Targets:Set individual sales targets with the sales team and monitor theteams performance and sales goals. CustomerRelationships: Build and maintain strong longlasting customerrelationships. Product Promotion: Promotethe companys products/services addressing or predicting clientsobjectives. Reporting: Prepare and report ongoals sales and prospects to the senior managementteam. Team Management: Manage a sales teamand provide guidance towards achieving exceptionalperformance. Qualification:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing ora related field. Proven experience as an ASMor Sales Manager in the paints or related industry.Strong understanding of sales performancemetrics. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills. Experience:A minimum of 310 years of experience in sales with afocus on B2B sales project sales or institutional sales within thepaints industry Skills:Strong business acumen with a problemsolvingattitude. Ability to lead and motivate ahighperformance sales team. Familiarity withCRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of the local market and industrytrends. Callus
