  • Providesfull visibility of sales pipeline.
  • Work alongwith Distributors sales team to increase market share at theirstrategic accounts. Use key account management as a guidingapproach to determine growth actions
  • Givesuggestions to implement growth oriented incentiveprogram
  • Evaluate opportunities forright sizing the distribution network thru periodic whitespaceanalysis
  • Identify and develop distributionprospects in emerging areas of Electric and ProcessAutomation
  • Conduct regular distributorreviews/assessment using the right performance indicators andidentify opportunities for improvement
  • Useanalytical rigour to steer distributors product portfolio to ensurealignment with organisational objectives
  • Develop training plan to consistently enhancedistributors technical competencies.
