JobDescription

Roles andResponsibilities:

1. Developa plan comprising;

  • HNI prospects

  • Routine business (LA base ActivationCase Rate and Case Size etc.) based on SM / RDMskills

2. Monitor the Sales Manager / RecruitmentDevelopment Manager skill transitions validate skill transitions ofSMs / RDMs and coach Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Recruitmentand Development Manager on the gaps in areas of SM / RDMdevelopment

3. Discuss SM /RDM wise plan with the ABM / BRDM based on current conversionratios and validate target setting for SMs /RDMs

4.Monitor Advisorselection through a sample audit of 2 random LA selections / ABM /BRDM per month

5.Controlexecution of plans as per above.

6. Maintain a check on business health parameterssuch as Persistency LA Commission Product Mix Claims ECS / SIpercentage and take corrective actions.

Team Responsibility: Lead a teamof

  • 35Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) / Branch Recruitment DevelopmentManager (BRDM)

  • Each ABM / BRDM has a unit of 810 Sales Managers/ Recruitment and Development Managers
