Responsibilities:

  • Developand execute sales strategies for targeting hi-tech Startups andEnterprise customers with consulting serviceneeds.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of theteam to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability includingbuilding reporting and managing teammetrics.
  • Take Ownership of the full sales cycle- outreach, preparing proposals, negotiations, and successfulclosure of deals and further mining ofaccounts
  • Develop a thorough understanding ofSedin's service offerings and identify key growth and penetrationstrategies.
  • Create a strategy and strongprocesses that generate net new customer leads, nurture existingleads, and identify upsell opportunities in existingaccounts.
  • Facilitate and deliver early-stagediscussions/pitches to leads, developing them into meaningfulopportunities.
  • Be a mentor and leader for thebusiness development and sales team.
  • Providingoverall guidance on prospecting and lead generation to the salesteam, as well as managing their growth plans, training, goals, andKRAs.

Requirements:

  • 10+years of Sales/BD experience in the software industry - PreferablyServices and Consulting.
  • Knowledge of sellingcustom software services and the teams required to executeprojects.
  • Strong network of industry contactsand relationships, with the ability to leverage connections todrive business opportunities andpartnerships.
  • The ability to develop aterritory plan, and a pipeline of new clients and clientengagements.
  • Proactively create propositionsthat address the organization's relevant challenges incollaboration with other members ofSedin.
  • Experience in dealing with Domestic andInternational customers. India is a must. Middle East and NA arebeneficial.
  • Ability to multi-task identify theright opportunities and prioritizeaccounts.
  • Hunger and desire to exceed targetgoals.
  • Being goal and action-oriented -tracking results and actively experimenting with differentsolutions.
  • Demonstrable strong work ethic andhas an internal motivation tosucceed.
