JobDescription:
Appointing and Managing Distributors:Improve relationships with existing distributorsretailers and wholesalers by ensuring timely claim managementproviding them the right products and services of the company andconsidering their issues and resolving them on time. Give rates todistributors and take bookings from them. Also monitor the pendingcontracts and pending claims for future billing. Identify gaps inthe current & required number of distributors Screen andshortlist the potential distributors to fill this gap.
Ensure Target Achievement: Cascade thetarget given by the Manager to the team and ensure that the targetis achieved for his region. Decide the weekly targets and ensureits achievement. Take stock of their daily sales and ask reasonsfor gaps if any.
InventoryManagement: Physically monitor the closing stock of thedistributor weekly and check the availability of stock in themarket from Customer Representatives.
Handling Trade Schemes: Convey the newschemes started by the company to the team and distributors andensure effective implementation of these schemes in themarket.
Keeping track on competitoractivity: To track competitors product at thedistributors point and keep an eye on the offers and schemes of thecompetitors.
Data Management andReporting: Keep a record of the given and the achievedtargets. Keep a track on Weekly Target Achievement. Analyze themonthly sales and present it to theManager.
